The food is good and the tunes are perfect, (oldies). Wait staff is very pleasant. We've been here 3 times in 2 weeks for breakfast and we'll be back regularly. Lissa is very attentive to her guests. Give Mel's a try.

Used to go to Mel's in St. Lucie West, but he no longer owns that one, it's now Linda's. Now he has two locations on PSL Blvd. One across from Rivergate Publix and one behind Burger King at Gatlin. We have never had a bad meal at Mel's. The restaurants have always been clean and service is fast and friendly. I think Sherry/Sherri is his wife. She is a tall blond. She always greets us with a big smile and a how are you?? I don't understand these bad reviews. We have been going to Mel's for a long time, at least once a month. Twice this month because we wanted to try both new places out. Everything was consistently good, like it always is.

Worst Breakfast in Port st Lucie. I Still have the bad taste in my mouth 1 hr later! My go-to Omelet is Mushroom Bacon, Swiss. First i was Unimpressed with the thinly cook egg skin in which my mushrooms, bacon and , Swiss was wrapped in but worst of all was the Taste YUK!!! it tasted like the night before leftover spoiled grease. Me and my business associate left feeling a little yukky in the tummy! I could not even stomach it and only even ate a few bites!!!!! the waitress did ask if there was something she could do to fix it but i am pretty sure they are not going to change the way they make an omelet !

Service will be slow if they're busy, had the eggs over medium came in hard my order wasn't quite right. Waited like 20 minutes for the meal so I just ate. The place just doesn't run smooth its like they haven't gotten it together

First time to visit this café. The omelet I had was excellent. It was filled with three kinds of meat and cheddar cheese. The home fries were browned and full of flavor. My husband had the country fried steak with gravy and eggs with hash browns also very good. The service was fast and very friendly so we will be coming here often and telling our friends.
